  If you are thinking about or planning to make an exterior improvement to your home (fence, ground lighting, children's playsets, storm doors etc., you will need to fill out this document and submit your request to the ARC for approval prior to your construction. • Roof Replacement

• The Architectural Review Committee has approved one shingle color to be used, Owens Corning 3-tab shingle in the color - DRIFTWOOD. 
• Driftwood is available in 20-year and 25-year 3-tab shingle.   It is also available in 30-year and up to 50-year.  
• The 20-year shingle is referred to as the Classic.
• The 25-year shingle is referred to as Supreme AR, engineered to resist roof discoloration from algae growth.  Algae are seen as the brown streaks showing up on the roofs now.
• By choosing Driftwood as the shingle color, homeowners will have multiple shingle options and yet the homes will maintain a consistent appearance by having the same shingle color.  

If you are getting your roof replaced, you will need to fill out the Request for Improvement form and submit it to McCreary Realty for ARC approval.  Once you get approval, a letter will be sent out from McCreary and you can proceed with the installation of your new roof. 

• Mailbox Replacement
  If you have a mailbox or post that needs replaced, here is the information you need:

  Post only:  $85.00 (cash and carry from their shop in Austell)
  Box only:   $10.00 (includes assembly and re-installing address plate)

  Installation: $50.00 (this includes cost of install post and/or box)
  Removal:   $50.00 (this includes the cost of removing the old post and hauling) 

  They custom make the address plates and can replace one (cost based on number of characters).
  Total cost for replacing an existing in-place post/box is $195.00
