Why a new exterior color palette?   In 2004, the Sherwin Williams Company purchased Duron, Inc.  Subsequently, in June 2005, the Duron color fan was updated to reflect new colors and paint names.  To make the color selection easier and more convenient for homeowners, the ARC has chosen to update the color palette to reflect the new Duron paint colors.

Can I still choose colors from the original exterior color schemes?  Yes, you may choose a color from the original Cambridge Grove paint palette or the new 2006 color palette.   

Can I use either Duron or Sherwin Williams Paints?   Yes, you will find the same colors on both the Duron and Sherwin Williams color fan.

Will I still need to submit a Request for Improvement Form?  Yes, as with all exterior modifications, prior approval from the ARC is needed before the painting project begins. 

Conditions and Use of Colors

1. All paint colors listed below are Duron/Sherwin Williams brand paints.  You may choose another brand paint as long as its color is matched to the selected approved color.
2. Shutters and doors must be same color.
3. You must have written approval from the ARC before you paint your home regardless of the colors that are being used. If you are using colors from the approved color palette, the ARC will automatically approve your request. Completing the Request for Improvement form will allow the ARC to keep records for future reference.
4. In order to receive written approval from the ARC, submit the Request for Improvement form with the colors you wish to paint your home and shutters. If you are not using colors listed below, you must also submit samples of your paint choices. Request for Improvement forms can be requested from McCreary Realty Management or downloaded from the website.

 The only approved trim color is White White 5820W
