The ARC and Board of Directors for Cambridge Grove have approved an Exterior Paint Palette.

The paint palette includes paint colors for the exterior of the home, shutters/doors, and trim.  Twelve house colors and fifteen shutter/door colors have been chosen based on the original and existing paint colors in the subdivision.

Conditions and Use of Colors

1. All paint colors listed below are Duron brand paints.  You may choose another brand paint as long as its color is matched to the selected approved color.
2. Shutters and doors must be same color.
3. You must have written approval from the ARC before you paint your home regardless of the colors that are being used. If you are using colors from the approved color palette, the ARC will automatically approve your request. Completing the Request for Improvement form will allow the ARC to keep records for future reference.
4. In order to receive written approval from the ARC, submit the Request for Improvement form with the colors you wish to paint your home and shutters. If you are not using colors listed below, you must also submit samples of your paint choices. Request for Improvement forms can be requested from McCreary Realty Management or downloaded from the website.

 The only approved trim color is White White 5820W

If you know the original Duron paint colors for your home and they are not listed in the approved color palette, please send this information to cambridgegrove@mindspring.com so we can add them to this list. There may have been some original colors that are not on this list.
